Scandia Poker Chips Recipe

So after being a member here for a little over a year I have caught the chip bug enough to want to put together a set.
I was on ebay and saw a set of Scandia chips that looked like it might be the start of something cool. It wasn't a complete set by any means, and it definitely was in used condition and needed a little love. I put a few bids on it and ended up not winning, but now am wondering how much would a reasonable bid have been.
Here's the set in question. Any thoughts for a newb to collecting are appreciated. Thanks!
